Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Cinder Boutique does not offer price adjustments on orders after they have been placed.
  • Cinder Boutique cannot make any changes to the contents of your order once it has been placed. We can cancel the order or remove an item as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Customers then can place another order with the correct size or color. To cancel your order or remove an item, please contact customer service at support@cinderboutique.com.

 

Holiday gift return policy: If buying as a gift between November 10, 2023 through December 15, 2023 you will have an extended return window until January 14, 2024 to return for store credit or exchange with receipt. Purchases starting December 16, 2023 will resume to our normal 30 day return policy. Please note that sale items and doorbusters are final sale and will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • Cinder Boutique gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached for store credit only.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense. Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee.
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. Shoes returned that do not follow our return policy will be subject to a $7.95 fee.
  • Items that are FINAL SALE, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.
  • All returns are subject to denial or a $7.95 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
  • Only Clothes (excluding holiday themed clothes) and Shoes are returnable.  No exceptions, no exchanges.

Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been marked delivered by the post office.

SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan since it is directly through sezzle.

All U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping.

For orders under $100, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $6.95. Please allow shipments 1-5 business days to be processed to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Cinder Boutique does not pay any customs, taxes or duties on international orders. Some countries may or may not charge a fee for your order entering the country. Please be aware though that it can happen from time to time and we do not pay these fees. Please contact your customs office for charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. Free shipping is not available on any international orders. Once the package leaves the United States it is no longer trackable and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, or any fees or taxes due on your package.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Cinder Boutique is not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 30 day return policy. If you have received a damaged or defective item please email support@cinderboutique.com to begin your return or exchange. On your return notes please include what is wrong with the item so that we can process your return as efficiently and effectively as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. Please contact Cinder Boutique customer service at support@cinderboutique.com if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
